These terms govern your use of AttributeIQ. We’ve written them to be clear and direct, if something is unclear, contact us and we’ll explain it.
The Agreement
By creating an account and using AttributeIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and AttributeIQ.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Using AttributeIQ
What you can do, what we ask in return, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Rights & Responsibilities
Your DataYou own your data. AttributeIQ accesses it read-only to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your GA4 data, CRM data, or any content you connect to the platform.
Our PlatformGrowUp owns the AttributeIQ platform, including its code, design, and intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
Service AvailabilityWe aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, AttributeIQ's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify AttributeIQ against any claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
