    What to do

    Dashboard Shows No Data

    Check the following in order:

    • •Is your property status Active? Go to Settings → GA4 Properties and confirm the status badge is green
    • •Is the date range correct? Ensure the selected range contains dates where BigQuery data exists
    • •Is a conversion event selected? Check that it fired in the selected date range
    • •Has your BigQuery export run? Daily exports complete by around 06:00 UTC the following day

    Journey Explorer Shows No Users

    Journey Explorer only shows users who have completed a conversion event in the selected date range. If no users appear, either no conversions occurred in that period, or the selected conversion event hasn’t fired.
