    How BigQuery Works

    BigQuery is Google’s cloud data warehouse. When you link it to your GA4 property, Google starts exporting a daily snapshot of every raw event: page views, conversions, scrolls, outbound clicks, everything. AttributeIQ then queries that data to build your multi-touch attribution reports.

    Two Ways to Connect

    Automatic

    AttributeIQ automatically links your GA4 property to BigQuery during setup. No action needed, just sign in with Google and grant permissions. This works for most users.

    Manual linking

    If automatic linking is blocked by your GA4 permissions (common in enterprise orgs), complete the connection manually in GA4 Admin.

    Go to your GA4 property → Admin → BigQuery Linking

    Click Link → search for and select Project ID:attributeiq-platform

    Choose export frequency:Daily (not streaming)

    Select data location:EU (where AttributeIQ is hosted)

    Click Submit, linking complete

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Pro tip: Set a reminder to check back 24 hours after linking. If your dashboard still shows no data after 48 hours, head to the Troubleshooting section, most issues are fixed by confirming the BigQuery link in GA4 Admin.
